Investment Strategies and Utilization of Funds
1. Membership Overview
Equity35 LLC is a private real estate investment group limited to 1,000 members.
Membership grants access to group activities, updates, investment reports, and participation in collective real estate acquisition and management activities.
Membership does not provide ownership rights to specific properties unless defined in the Operating Agreement.
2. Payment Structure
2.1 Enrollment Fee
A one-time, non-refundable Enrollment fee $335, $235, $135. depending on plans of 1, 5, or 10 years. Monthly contributions required throughout plan
2.2 Monthly Investment Contribution
Members agree to a recurring contribution of:
- $335 for 12 months, $235 for 60 months, $135 for 120 months.
This monthly payment includes:
- Capital allocation toward acquisitions
- Renovation and value-add funding
- Administrative and maintenance fees
- Reporting, compliance, and operational costs
2.3 Payment Method
Payments must be made through the secure Equity35 portal.
Accepted payment methods include debit, credit, and designated online processors.
Late or failed payments may result in restricted access to member areas.
3. Membership Activation
Membership becomes active upon:
- Successful payment of the Enrollment fees of $335, $235, $135.
- Activation of the $335 for 12 months, $235 for 60 months, $135 for 120 months. recurring monthly plan

Members will then receive:
- A Welcome Email
- Access to the Member Dashboard
- A personalized Membership Certificate
